At MA Fodder, customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order, please review the terms below.

  1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return if:
• The product is unused and in its original packaging.
• You contact us within 3–5 days of receiving the product.
• You provide proof of purchase.

  1. Non-Returnable Items
    • Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
    • Perishable fodder items that spoil after delivery.
    • Discounted or sale items.
  2. Refund Policy
    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you.
    • Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
  3. Exchange Policy
    • Exchange is available only for items delivered in damaged or defective condition.
  4. Return Shipping
    • Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer unless we shipped a faulty product.
